Located on the Marietta Square!

Our address is 117 North Park Square, Marietta.

From the South
Take I-75 North to Exit 263. Exit and go west on South Marietta Parkway/GA-120 Loop. Go approximately 3 miles to Atlanta Street; turn right. The Strand Theatre will be less than ½ mile ahead on your left, and the Cobb County parking deck will be on your right.

From the North
Take I-75 South to Exit 265. Exit and go west on North Marietta Parkway/GA-120 Loop. Go approximately 2 miles to Church Street; turn left. Travel approximately ½ mile on Church Street and turn left at North Park Square. The Strand Theatre will be on your left at the corner of North Park Square and Cherokee Street. Turn left at Cherokee Street to reach the Cobb County parking deck.

Parking

The Strand is conveniently located next door to the Cobb County Parking Garage (between Cherokee and Waddell Streets). Parking is free to the public on Mondays through Fridays after 5:00 pm and all day on weekends. During the day, parking is only $3 in the same parking garage. Just cross Cherokee street and you’re at the Earl Smith Strand Theatre!
